Crystalline Entity

Inspiration: Crystalline Entity
My swatches are 2 coats of polish and topped with 1 coat of top coat.
I love Jen & Berries holos. I just really really do. Oh my goodness. They are always so sparkly and just really good quality if I’m being honest. They just always feel super nice. This one is no exception as it applied super easily and oh gosh the shimmer is fantastic. This one reminds me of winter time and crystals, so it’s definitely perfect for its inspiration.
I also can’t get over the way this polish looks in low light. Oh my goodness! The purple to pink shift is striking and I really just can’t get enough of this polish in general.
Evil Incarnate
Price: $12.00 USD
Description: A black linear holographic with black holographic microglitter
Inspiration: Armus
My swatches are 2 coats of polish and topped with 1 coat of top coat.
Ooooooooo another fabulous holo! This black linear holo is one of those polishes that is gorgeous on its own or it would make a great backdrop for some nail art too! It’s packed full of holo so get ready for your nails to shimmer and shine. There are also holo microglitters incase you missed that. So it’s holo on holo!
This polish applied super easily and had a very nice formula that seemed to dry rather quickly so I was able to top coat pretty soon after my second coat.
Resistance Was Futile
Price: $13.00 USD
Description: A violet base with strong copper to green shifting shimmer and holographic flakes
Inspiration: Locutus
My swatches are 2 coats of polish and topped with 1 coat of top coat.
This polish is a galaxy in a bottle! Forget Locutus, this polish represents the beauty of the entire show and galaxy! 😉 Oh my goodness. I think this is now in my list of top favorite polishes. The violet, blue, copper, green mix / shift is phenomenal and I think this polish is just 100% amazing.
It applied super easily and 2 thin coats was plenty for full coverage. The shift is easy to see in almost any lighting condition as well. I think at any time I could make out the copper / green / violet mix. This is just perfection!
Q Know Who
Price: $12.00 USD
Description: A deep magenta base that’s packed with large crystal flakies that shift through red, copper, orange and gold
Inspiration: Q
My swatches are 2 coats of polish and topped with 1 coat of top coat.
Ooooooooooooooooo this polish is “straight fire” as the kids say! The base as mentioned is a deep magenta, but with the shifting flakies, I think it appears to be a little bit of a brighter red. I love it!
It applied super easily and I had no issue getting flakies on my nail and full coverage with two coats. I also only used one coat of top coat and I feel no texture for the most part. I do want to mention to give this polish a little bit of drying time before top coating if you did semi thick coats like I did. I did actually smoosh a nail pretty badly because I top coated a little too fast, but it all settled back down and evened out so well that I don’t think you’ll be able to even tell where it happened!
It does also appear in my photos like there are some spots without flakies (like on my middle finger), but that is just due to the angle of the photo and my hands. There are definitely flakies there but they blend in well or I didn’t get enough of my nails focused on in my photos.
This whole collection is amazing! I love Star Trek (and anything nerdy of course) so I may be biased, but take away the Star Trek and these are all still gorgeous polishes. I love the mix of colors and finishes and holo and flakies! If I *HAD* to pick a favorite, well that’s hard, but “Resistance Was Futile” may be my favorite of the quad. Comment below with your favorite or let me know what you think of this collection! 😀
