So come on up to my blog and see what’s on the slab!
Today I have the Time Warp Collection from Geekish Glitter Lacquer.
This collection is inspired by the movie Rocky Horror Picture Show, and if you have not seen the movie yet, all I will say is that it is an interesting one.
The collection releases on April 19th at 12:00pm MST.
Head on over to https://geekishglitterlacquer.com/ then!
Now, let’s do the time war…..errr, get started!
Late Night Double Feature Picture Show
Described as: A one coat deep red cream
Price: $7.00

For these pictures I used two thin coats of polish and topped with a quick dry top coat. One coat of the polish is opaque, and the second simply darkens it.
Late Night Double Feature Picture Show applied very smooth and did not stain my nails after removing it. I usually find reds to be a pain but this one came off normally and left no staining on my nails.

Does Late Night Double Feature Picture Show stamp?
Update!!! Yes it does!

Dammit Janet I Love You
Described as: A nude base with bubblegum pink microflakies
Price: $9.00

This was the hardest polish to capture on camera for me, so definitely check out the bottle macro shot above for the best preview.
I used two coats in each of these pictures and topped with a quick dry top coat.
Dammit Janet I Love You applied very smoothly and I love how the flakies did not stick out of the polish and layered nicely in between the two coats.

Let’s Do The Time Warp Again
Described as: A holographic rainbow glitter topper with various size and shape glitter
Price: $8.00

I used three coats in each of these pictures and topped with a quick dry top coat. I did not use a sponge to apply the glitter, but simply brushed it on like normal.
Let’s Do The Time Warp Again applied rather well for such a chunky glitter. I usually shy away from them, but this one is just so colorful, and after discovering peel off base coats, I know I will be wearing this one again!

(All:) And then a step to the right
(Narrator:) With your hands on your hips
(All:) You bring your knees in tight
But it’s the pelvic thrust
That really drives you insane

Hot Patootie Bless My Soul
Described as: A black base with metallic red microflakes and silver holographic microglitter
Price: $10.00

This was another stunning polish that was a little bit interesting to capture on camera.
I used two coats in each of these pictures and topped with a quick dry top coat.
Hot Patootie Bless My Soul applied very smoothly and was perfectly opaque after two coats. This may be my favorite from the whole collection! I love how each little fleck of glitter shines so bright!
